Your comfort starts before you even walk through the door. We’ll ask you to complete your paperwork online in advance so your time with us is focused on you, not forms. Wear comfortable clothing, and avoid dresses or items with excessive metal due to x-rays, though pants with zippers or buttons are perfectly fine. Your First Visit: Assessment and Relief
Once you arrive, our team will review your insurance benefits and walk you through a full orthopedic exam, including vitals such as height, weight, and blood pressure. Dr. Wojnicki will take a complete set of X-rays to evaluate your entire spine and provide a quick review with you. You’ll also receive care focused on relief during your first visit. We believe in getting you started on the path to feeling better right away. If paperwork is done in advance, your entire first visit will take 30 minutes or less.
Your Second Visit: Personalized Care Plan
During your second visit, Dr. Wojnicki will provide a full explanation of your x-ray findings, how they relate to your symptoms, and what we can do to help. You’ll receive intersegmental traction, a chiropractic adjustment, and meridian therapy designed to relieve your discomfort. We’ll also discuss a straightforward care plan: what the problem is, how we’ll address it, and how long it should take. No surprises, no pressure; just honest guidance.
